At Risewell Pathways, our workbooks and toolkits are designed to empower schools, services, and communities to create lasting change. To make sure every organisation can use these resources with confidence, we offer a range of licence options. Each licence reflects the scale of use — from a single school to a whole region — so you can select the option that best matches your context.

Our aim is to keep things simple: unlimited use within your licence, clear permissions for printing and sharing internally, and no expiry or renewal. If you’re unsure which licence applies to your setting, or if you’d like to discuss the best fit for your organisation, we’re always happy to help.

Licence Types

Single-service licence

• Unlimited use in one school, service, or community setting.
• Includes free internal-use PDF for printing handouts and group activities.

Facilitator licence

• For use by an individual facilitator delivering sessions with different groups or services.
• Includes free PDF copy for handouts and client use.

Multi-site licence

• Use across multiple sites within the same organisation.
• Includes free PDF copy for internal distribution across those sites.

Regional licence

• Use across a wider region or network of organisations (for example, a local authority or umbrella body).
• Includes free PDF copy for distribution across the licensed region.

How Pricing Works

Our licence prices are calculated from the single-service base price to ensure fairness and transparency:

• Facilitator licences are set at about double the single-service price, reflecting wider use by one facilitator.
• Multi-site licences are set at about three and a half times the single-service price, reflecting use across multiple sites in the same organisation.
• Regional licences are set at about six times the single-service price, reflecting use across a whole region or network.

This scaling ensures that smaller organisations can access resources affordably, while broader use is priced to reflect the greater value delivered.

• All licences are unlimited in time (no expiry or renewal required).
• Resources may be adapted for your context, printed, and shared internally within the scope of your licence.
• Resale or external redistribution outside your licensed organisation or region is not permitted.
