Reclaiming Me
Reclaiming Me is a gentle, compassionate workbook for anyone living with loss. Grief reshapes identity, routines and relationships, and this programme offers a safe space to explore that landscape with honesty and care. Across six reflective sessions, it supports you to cultivate self‑compassion, live with ‘Option B’, reconnect with yourself, communicate your needs and imagine a future that still holds meaning. Grief is not about letting go of the person you love, it is about finding new ways to stay connected while also finding your way forward. This resource is a companion, never a prescription, offering kindness, steadiness and hope.

You’re Hired!
The You’re Hired! workbook is designed to address the impact unemployment can have on self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of self-worth. It recognises that circumstances such as job loss, long-term unemployment, or lack of prior work experience may contribute to negative self-perceptions and doubts about ability. By helping individuals identify their skills and rebuild confidence, the workbook provides practical support to strengthen self-belief and prepare for the process of seeking and securing employment.

Going For Gold
The Going for Gold course empowers global majority young people to strengthen self-awareness and nurture a positive sense of identity. By exploring the lives of influential figures who have overcome racism and injustice, participants build resilience, self-worth, and confidence in the face of prejudice. Alongside this inspiration, the workbook supports emotional regulation, positive thinking, and effective study habits, helping students set personal goals and succeed in school and beyond.

Move On Up!
The Move on Up! course supports young people not in education, employment, or training to build confidence, recognise their strengths, and take their next steps with greater self-assurance. It offers practical tools to challenge negative thoughts, manage time effectively, and develop positive relationships through emotional awareness and assertive communication. Participants also learn how to showcase their skills both in writing and in person, helping them move toward lasting change and future opportunities.

Knowing Me
The Knowing Me course provides practical strategies to help individuals recognise their worth and move beyond negative self-beliefs. It offers a flexible toolkit for fostering resilience, confidence, and self-compassion, making it a valuable resource for services supporting people who may be struggling with day-to-day pressures.
