We want every workbook and toolkit to support meaningful change in your setting. This refund policy outlines what you can expect when purchasing printed or downloadable resources, and how we handle any issues that arise. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

All workbook purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue or believe you’ve made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Printed Workbooks

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

PDF Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Duplicate Orders or Technical Issues

If you believe you’ve made a duplicate purchase or encountered a technical issue, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
