- Examine psychologically informed environments (PIE) and how environmental, relational and organisational factors support emotional and relational safety
- Understand the role of reflective practice in trauma-informed services, including approaches that strengthen staff wellbeing, resilience and responsive practice
- Explore how relationships, communication and relational safety support trauma-informed practice, including regulated, compassionate communication
- Understand how to implement a trauma-informed framework across services, including organisational systems, policies, culture, SAMHSA principles and the Four Rs
